Account Assistant
Job Description
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoices and payments.
- Check amount receivables against bank records.
- Send out statements of accounts.
- Maintain and reconcile credit card usage and payments.
- Prepare and process online payments transactions.
- Prepare payment vouchers for payment approvals.
Requirements
- Possess SPM/Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience in related fields.
