Evolusi Bersatu Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 14 June 2002, primarily involved in the Oil and Gas sector in Sabah. Key milestones include:
2005: Started involvement with Oil and Gas Projects
2010: Completed 38 Projects in various disciplines
2011: Awarded Outstanding Vendor Award (OVA) from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd
2014: Awarded Topside Maintenance Contract for SBGAST Area 4
2019: Awarded Onshore Maintenance, Construction and Modification (ONMCM) Sabah Package Project
2024: Awarded Pan-Malaysia Maintenance, Construction, Modification (MCM) and Hook-up, Commissioning (HUC) for KPOC Sabah Waters Offshore Facilities
